Information you choose to provide

The enquiry page asks for your name, company, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, country, customer type, product interest, optional brush pole length and motor preference, and project details. Provide only the information needed to discuss your equipment requirements.

Preparing an enquiry

If the page offers “Prepare enquiry”, the details remain in the current page until you choose to copy them, open an email draft or open a WhatsApp message draft. Opening a draft does not send it; you choose whether to send in your email app or WhatsApp. Preparing or copying an enquiry does not send it to our team. We do not save your draft in browser storage.

Sending an enquiry

If the page offers “Send enquiry”, submission is handled by Formspree, a third-party form service. The details are processed for delivery to our team and for responding to your request. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for its processing practices. Opening an email or WhatsApp link also involves the service you choose to use.

Website services

The website hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs when serving pages. This website does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts in its initial version.

Use the contact channels displayed on the contact page to ask about your enquiry details, request a correction or request deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
