Describe the job before choosing a model
Send an overview of the installation and photographs of the rows, gaps, edges and access route. State whether you clean one installation, visit several customers or buy equipment for distribution. Give the cleaning area and the number of separate sections; installed power alone does not describe the work.
Specify a complete configuration
For a pole-operated brush, state the brush format, required pole length and brushed or brushless motor preference. For a tracked robot, identify the model and battery version. Both CHUANMAI robot models use handheld remote control and require an operator. Ask for the compatible power supply and charger details instead of assuming that every kit is the same.
Compare the supply list line by line
Ask the quotation to distinguish the main machine, pole, power supply, charger, water equipment, hose, tools and spare brush heads. A product photograph can show optional accessories. Match the agreed list to quantities and part descriptions, including any items you plan to source locally.
Separate equipment price from delivery scope
Provide the destination country, city and postal code, along with the quantity. Ask what the quoted delivery scope includes, where delivery ends and which costs remain for the buyer. Request final packed dimensions, gross weight and the agreed battery configuration before arranging transport. Do not use a different model’s packing data as a substitute.
Confirm spares, customization and support
Record your logo and packaging requirements separately from the equipment specification. Ask which discs or rollers fit the selected model and how replacement parts are identified. CHUANMAI’s product warranty is one year; the order should state its coverage and service procedure. Confirm the production schedule for the agreed specification.
Resolve blank items before placing the order
If one offer includes a pump and another does not, show that difference before comparing the totals. Keep unconfirmed dimensions, power requirements and delivery charges marked as pending. A representative demonstration is more useful than comparing an advertised cleaning-area rate without its test conditions.

Yes. Send site photographs, your destination, quantity and working requirements. We can discuss a configuration; the final quotation should identify the model and included items.
Is every accessory in a product photo included?
Not automatically. Use the written quotation and final order confirmation to check the included accessories, their quantities and the selected version.
Can I buy a brush without the full accessory kit?
